🔐 Registration and activation
AniQuant can be tried free for 30 days with every feature, no card and nothing held back. After that, you activate it with your license — in seconds if you use automatic activation. It all happens in a single window: Help → 🔐 Register AniQuant.
While the evaluation lasts, the title bar shows the days remaining. When it runs out, the program takes you straight to the registration window.
How it works (3 steps)
30 full days from the first launch. No registration, no details to give: install it and get to work.
With the 🛒 Buy now button in the registration window (or at aniquant.com). You will receive your AniSoft Username and Password.
With your username and password (recommended, instant) or by pasting the Registration Key we send you by email.
Automatic activation (recommended)
Type your Username and Password and press Activate online: the AniSoft Key Server checks your account and activates this machine in seconds. No emails, no waiting, no copying mile-long keys.
Your license includes a number of machines (depending on the plan). Reinstalling or reformatting the same machine does not use up a slot: re-activate it as many times as you need.
It never travels nor is it stored in the clear: only its digital fingerprint (hash) is transmitted. Not even AniSoft can see your password — so even if somebody intercepted the communication, there would be nothing to steal.
Once activated, AniQuant works offline for up to 30 days in a row; after that, connecting once is enough. To activate a machine that has no internet access, use the manual registration below.
What you see during the trial
The trial is not a cut-down version: every module works. The only thing held back is the best strategies of each result, so that you judge the program by what it finds, not by what we promise.
In every ranking (Lab, Genesis, Edge Scanner, Seasonal, Portfolio, Library, stocks…) the top ones appear as TRIAL: you see their results —profit, drawdown, equity curve— but not their rule.
A hidden strategy cannot be opened in detail, exported as code, sent to another window, and its AI report cannot be viewed. Every other strategy has no limitation at all.
The log says «Sealed TRIAL» instead of the rule, and the best ones in the Room appear as TRIAL·1, TRIAL·2… Also, during the trial Genesis does not save the Room, so a research run cannot be resumed. With a license, everything is back to normal.
Start-up check and updates
Every time AniQuant starts with an internet connection, it checks your license in the background, without slowing anything down. That is how paid plan instalments, renewals and new versions reach you by themselves. Nothing about your work is sent: only the serial number, the license and the version.
Included with your license from the first payment (also under the 12-payment plan). Every version released during that year is yours to keep. After that, renewing is optional ($150 a year, €150 in the EU): without renewing, your version keeps working with no time limit. The license details show the line Updates: until…
It downloads by itself (an update package of about 12 MB), it is checked for authenticity —AniSoft's fingerprint and digital signature— and a green bar appears at the bottom of the main window: 🎉 What's new · Install now · When I close AniQuant · Later. It never installs without asking you. When it finishes, AniQuant reopens by itself.
Opens a window with what each version brings, marked as NEW, IMPROVED or FIXED. If you skipped any version, you see them all together, the most recent at the top.
Later hides the bar until the next start-up. When I close AniQuant installs it when you finish, without interrupting what you are doing (a Genesis run can take hours). If a version needs the full installer, the bar says so and offers Download the installer.
Your license states
The registration window always shows where you stand and, when needed, the button that fixes it:

You are within the 30-day trial.
Your license is valid, but it has not been checked for more than 30 days. Connect to the internet and click Check now: once is enough.
This version was released after your updates ended. You can Renew updates, Download the version you are entitled to (yours forever) or Check now if you have already renewed.
On the 12-payment plan, an instalment has not been collected. As soon as it is paid, click Check now (or simply restart with a connection).
The purchase was refunded or the bank reversed the charge. If you think this is a mistake, write to [email protected].
This computer was removed from your license (for example, when moving it to another machine). To use it here again, activate it with your username and password.
The 30-day trial is over. Buy your license and activate it from this same window.
Forgotten your password? Want to change it?
In the registration window, press «Forgot your password?», type your username or your purchase email, and you will receive a new temporary password at your account's email address (check the junk folder too). The old one stops working at that moment. Since the server only stores fingerprints, nobody can «look up» your old password for you — which is why a new one is always generated.
With «Change my password»: username, current password and the new one (6 characters minimum). Ideal right after activating with a temporary one, so you end up with one of your own.
Manual registration (by key)
The classic alternative, useful if the machine has no internet access or you prefer dealing by email:
- 1.Copy your serial number from the registration window (the 📋 button).
- 2.Send it to [email protected] along with your purchase details.
- 3.You will receive your Registration Key (it starts with
AQ1.): paste it into the box and press Activate. It does not matter if it carries line breaks from the email.
An anonymous fingerprint of this machine (it contains no personal data or any identifiable hardware information). The key is tied to it: which is why each machine has its own.
The license is perpetual: with the one-off payment, from day one; with the 12-payment plan, once you pay the last instalment (until then, each payment keeps it active). What lasts one year, renewable, are updates and support. The registration window always shows the status and validity of yours.
Registering a program should not be a toll: 30 days to convince you without even giving your email, activation in seconds when you decide to stay, and full self-service (recovering and changing your password without writing to anyone). And security at 2026 standards: your credentials never travel nor are they stored in the clear — not even we can see them.
