14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

This applies to every product we sell: the AniQuant licence (one-off payment), each instalment of the twelve-month payment plan (within 14 days of that instalment) and the AniQuant book in PDF.

How to request a refund

Payment is handled by Link, the payment platform of Stripe, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles refunds. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• By writing to support@aniquant.com from the email address you bought with (or telling us which one it was), with your receipt number if you have it to hand.
• From the help link in your Link receipt.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once a licence is refunded it is deactivated.

Payment plan

You can cancel the twelve-month plan at any time by writing to us. No further instalments are charged after you cancel.
